Amiel Daemion, better known as just Amiel, was born in New York but grew up in Australia, where her family moved when she was just 2. Her music career shot to fame in 1999 when she teamed up with producer Josh G. Abrahams for the song “Addicted to Bass”, a top twenty hit in Australia and around Europe. This led to Daemion releasing studio albums such as Audio Out in 2003 and These Ties in 2005. The song “Be Your Girl” was released in 2006 an EP of remixed songs from her second album.

The artist of the day is Villeneuve. His first album is called First Date and it’s now out worlwide.
On his debut album, Villeneuve succeeds in blending together a lot of different influences to create a very special formula that could be described as pop music for the ears of the 21st century.
Mélanie Pain, already known for her participation in Nouvelle Vague, lends her beautiful and delicate voice to Villeneuve’s songs.
