GUNDELACH – BALTUS (Alt/Synth – Norway)

28-year-old Norwegian artist Gundelach debuted in late 2015 with single “Spiders” and in the past few years the Oslo-based musician has toured everywhere and anywhere, with highlights including  Oyafestival and Roskilde. Gundelach’s full length, Baltus is available since March via Terrible Records. Featuring a string of new collaborations, this is an album of contrasts where dark themes meet hands-in-the-air euphoria, dreamy restrained moments mix with 80s inspired cheesy pop.

Taken off the album, “Games” is a moody disco track anchored by strong vocals and beautiful synths. Joining Gundelach on “Games” is fellow Norwegian artist ARY (aka Ariadne Loinsworth), who also co-wrote the song. Check out this slick remix by Prins Thomas…
