KARL X JOHAN – DO YOU REMEMBER (Synth – Sweden)

Stockholm-based duo Karl X Johan (comprised of producer Kalle J and Johan Tuvesson) have been making a fair few waves in Sweden and abroad with their impeccably produced smooth synthpop tunes. After winning a Swedish Grammy for best music video with their 2010 single “Flames”, the boys released the double A-side single “Do You Remember”/”Get It All” in late 2012 and a remix EP featuring productions by Bam Spacey and Mitch Murder.

Karl X Johan are great at mixing groovy beats and full-orchestra synths with heartfelt reverb-soaked vocals. They have a knack for creating intimate atmospheres within grandstanding arrangements and letting emotions shine through.
