MATVEÏ – DISTANCE (Club/Electro – France)

French DJ and producer Matveï was discovered by tastemaker Parisian label Kitsuné Musique having just turned 18. Born in Lyon, this young artist creates a fusion of electro and hip hop which combines the club-orientated vision of Disclosure, rap-infused production reminiscent of Metro Boomin and the explosive EDM drops of Baauer or Sam Gellatry.

He has released a string of original titles, that garnered accolades from the likes of Martin Garrix and R3hab, as well as remixes for Panama, Crystal Fighters or Liv Dawson.

Now 20 and based in Montreal, Matveï recently shared “Distance”, a soulful and euphoric house banger. Released on July 10 via Kitsuné Musique, this deep house gem features North London vocalist Alyss and is an early taster of his forthcoming debut EP.
