PARCELS – DAY/NIGHT REMIXED (Indie/Funk – Australia)

With Australian funk-pop band Parcels the party never stops and they have shared a four-track EP with remixes of some of the best songs off their 2021 sophomore album Day/Night.

The EP features Justice‘s Gaspard Augé and composer Victor La Mas’s take on “Somethinggreater”, Manqo’s riveting seven-minute re-work of “Reflex”, but also a disco-tinged dancefloor version of “Famous” courtesy of The Reflex and French DJ and producer Folamour putting his spin on ‘Free’.

The Australian-born, Berlin-based band formed in 2014 during their final year of high school and released their first self-produced EP shortly thereafter to rave reviews at home and in Europe. In 2018, Parcels released their long-awaited debut album, which peaked at number 48 on the official German album charts and number 49 on the French album charts.
