Sometimes compared to The Knife, Chromatics or Velvet Underground, New York-based project R. Missing (vocalist Sharon Shy and musician Toppy) explore shadowy soundscapes filled with gloomy synth lines and hazily deadpan vocals, held together by tightly programmed electronic drum beats.

The duo presents yet another poignant and atmospheric track, “My Time As a Ghostly Someone Else”, a fitting continuation in their ongoing exploration of melancholic dreamwave.
