Originally from Tel-Aviv, now based in brooklyn, O Mer (born Omer Schonberger) is a very talented guitarist, singer, beat maker and composer, who has already been dubbed the next James Blake by Nylon Magazine. His debut EP, Blind, was released just over a year ago, featuring a collection of songs with experimental elements, sleek beats and great vocals. ‘It’s a continuous piece,’ O Mer explains. ‘It feels like the last few dreams you had before waking up, when things line up in a way that only made sense while dreaming.’
O Mer shared his new song “Now I’m Alive” via his SoundCloud a couple of months ago and it has already received over 100,000 plays. This expertly produced tune mixes solid beats and soulful vocals that give it an organic, human touch.

23-year-old producer Jack Ritchie, better known as Bearcubs, resurfaced last April with the amazingly hypnotic “Wall Papers”, following up on the success of his highly addictive single “Touch”, released in late 2014. This new slice of finely-tuned downtempo electronica is bound to seal his reputation as a producer to be reckoned with.
Bearcubs’ journey from studio to Glastonbury stage is a story of perseverance as much as it is one of inspiration. First featured on BBC Introducing in 2013, his remixes (Gavin James, Just Kiddin) and originals began to appear on Annie Mac and Huw Stephen’s shows on Radio 1 shortly afterwards. The rest is history…

The Kite String Tangle is the solo project of Brisbane-based electronic artist Danny Harley. In less than a year, the success of his first official release, “Given the Chance”, catapulted the young singer/songwriter/producer’s project to heights even he could not have anticipated. With two sold-out Australian tours, showcases at SxSW and a guest appearance at the star-studded Coachella Festival, Harley has had a pretty hectic schedule but he still managed to put the finishing touches on his debut record, with Vessel making good on all his early promises. The first single taken from the 6-track EP is “Arcadia”. Listen below!
The song displays Harley’s ability to produce delicate electro-pop, which explores his own feelings of nostalgia and introspection in a way that will reach all music lovers. The rest of the EP flows effortlessly from the start, with each track a carefully crafted gem in its own right.
If you like what you hear, here is a little bonus in the shape of non-EP track “Commotion”. Released back in 2012, this song is definitely a keeper. Enjoy!

Låpsley is the alter ego of Liverpool-based 17-year-old artist/producer Holly Fletcher. Despite her young age, she has already managed to attract a fair bit of attention with her simple, yet compelling, electronic sounds. Låpsley’s neatly crafted breakthrough song “Station” garnered thousands of plays on SoundCloud, and thousands more after it was remixed by Le Motel. The Belgian producer gave it a groovier spin with nice beats and multiplied vocals, but maintained the chilled vibe of the original.
As you enjoy the perfect balance between the two voices on the track, you might wonder who the uncredited male singer is. Well it turns out Fletcher actually recorded her own voice and dropped the pitch to give the illusion of a duet. Clever!
