Finnish indie pop outfit Satellite Stories took the blogosphere by storm back in 2010 with their brilliant single “Helsinki Art Scene” and a string of equally catchy party songs. Three years down the line, they have built a solid reputation as providers of bright upbeat pop music and they are back with a brand new album, Pine Trails, released November 1st.

This feel-good tune, featuring guitar riffs aplenty and bouncy drums, is a good example of the Satellite Stories’ unbridled creative energy. You can listen to at home when you want a good adrenaline rush, but it’s even better served live at a gig in a packed club…
