HARRY NATHAN – I’M IN NEED (Disco/House – Australia)

Since 2018 Australian artist Harry Nathan has been creating lush house jams with hints of nu-disco. His sound is a fresh take on lo-fi house and disco which effortlessly resides between the lines of reality and fantasy, both sonically and visually in his storytelling. Released in April 2021 via Kitsuné Musique, Nathan’s single “I’m In Need” is a collaboration with fellow Sydneysider Angus1 on vocals.

About the track, Harry Nathan explains: “Introduced by a mutual friend, “I’m In Need” was written on the day that Angus1 and I first met. We sat in my kitchen eating French éclairs, lemon tarts and croque monsieur croissants whilst getting to know each other. This theme of longing emerged during our conversations, and that vibe was captured in the studio moments later.”
