THE MAGICIAN & THE ASTON SHUFFLE – Differences (Electro/House – Belgium/Australia)

The Magician and The Aston Shuffle are both electro royalty in their own right, so when they decided to come together on the single “Differences”, it was hardly a surprise that the result would be sheer dance floor magic. The track is a euphoria-evoking summer tune ripe with an addictive hook and irresistible groove.

Former member of the iconic nu-disco duo Aeroplane, The Magician (aka Stephan Fasano) took the world by storm with his multi-platinum remix of Lykke Li‘s hit “I Follow Rivers”. “Differences” sees him collaborating with Aussie dance duo The Aston Shuffle (Vance Musgrove and Mikah Freeman recently) and singer/songwriter Remy.

Speaking on the track, The Magician notes: “We have been talking about a collaboration for a long time. We love each other’s work and The Aston Shuffle was the first signature on my label Potion Records. We shared some demo ideas and decided to choose to work on this beautiful little melody which took us back to childhood memories!”
