CASABLANCA – YES (Indie/Rock – UK)

Youthful indie rock upstarts Casablanca started their musical endeavours at the tender ages of 15 and 16 under the moniker Lo-Fi Culture. Despite their young age Jacob Wheldon (vocals, guitar), Callum Akass (bass), Tom Herzberg (guitar) and Tom MacColl (drums) have already performed alongside the likes of Foals, Bloc Party or The Maccabees and they are now releasing their AA-side debut single “Yes”/”Natalie”.

Released via London imprint Party Politics, the single has been drawing comparisons to the likes of old schoolmates Theme Park and Friendly Fires. With their enlivened brand of guitar-tangled pop, Casablanca are set to make waves in their native UK and beyond. So keep an ear out for more tunes in the next few months…
