DREWXHILL – SOMEONE HAS TO SAY IT (Club/Electro – UK)

Active since 2013, electro-house outfit DREWXHILL is the musical union of Danish-Welsh singer songwriter Drew Nielsen and German producer Philipp Hill. While Drew is currently making a name for herself in her native Denmark with a more pop-leaning style (check out her single “Hard To Love”), the duo still seem intent on providing their fans with their signature brand of neatly produced, sleek, sophisticated electronica… and that’s great news!

With some playful melodic synths, syncopated beats and looped vocals, Nielsen and Hill once again manage to create a vivid and haunting soundscape, not unlike their 2015 single “Struggle”.

Bonus track: Released precisely four years ago, in December 2014, “You Won’t Leave My Head” is probably DREWXHILL’s best track to date. Check it out below…
