KYTES – UP IN MY MIND (Electro/Indie – Germany)

Active since 2015, Munich-based indie electro quartet Kytes draw on influences ranging from 80s classics like The Police or INXS, the indie pop tunes of Two Door Cinema Club and Phoenix, or disco-oriented acts such as Parcels and Jungle. Last year, the band gave their ever growing fanbase a run for their money with a positively exhilarating new single, “Up In My Mind”, released via their own label Frisbee Records.

This dance-inducing party starter was followed a few months later by Kytes’s third full length record To Feel Something At All (July 2023), which saw the band cooperate with Viennese producer filous, New York sound mixer Andrew Maury and Grammy award winning
mastering engineer Joe Laporta.
