MADAME – IL BENE NEL MALE (ElectroPop/Trap – Italy)

Italian rapper, singer, songwriter Madame, the artistic name of Francesca Calearo, may be only 22 years old but she has already achieved a lot since she released her debut single “Anna” in 2018. Hailed as one of the most promising emerging Italian artists in recent years (together with others such as Elodie or Mahmood), Madame has already had two #1 albums and four Top 10 singles.

Citing influences as different as singer-songwriter Fabrizio De André, Sicilian neomelodic music or contemporary trap, her musical style has been described as an urban mix of pop, trap and rap with several other contemporary sounds.

Released by Sugar Music inFebruary 2023, “Il Bene Nel Male” was written by Madame with Bias and Brail, and produced by the latter two with Luca Faraone and Shablo. The song was the first single from Madame’s sophomore album L’amore and it was also the artist’s entry for the Sanremo Music Festival 2023.
