LIA KALI – SOÑAR (HipHop/Electro – Spain)

Barcelona-based artist Lia Kali started going around her city’s local jam sessions at just 16 and this is how she met many musicians and artists who introduced her to musical genres ranging from reggae to jazz, soul and rap. With the pandemic and already tired of singing other people’s songs, she began writing her own songs, reflecting the stumbles and setbacks of her daily life.

In 2022 she dropped a handful of singles that went viral on social networks, but it wasn’t until the spring of 2023 that her very first album Contra Todo Pronóstico got released, garnering millions of streams and views online in just a few months. Lia Kali is one of the most sought-after voices on the urban scene at the moment and with her first album and tour she has already made it clear that any label falls short.
