This is not the first time Kiwi electropop sensation Zowie is mentioned on this blog. You might remember the explosive video for her single “Bite Back”, or maybe the irresistible beat of her most recent hit “Smash It”, released last October. You thought you’d seen it all, well think again!

Let’s just go back in time a little and rediscover “Broken Machine”, the song that made everyone fall in love with Zowie in the first place. The video for this sugar-coated pop anthem was directed by NZ combo Special Problems (also behind stunning videos for Jonathan Boulet, The Naked & Famous, Midnight Juggernauts) and was recently nominated at the New Zealand Music Awards in the best video category!
